On the nose, caramel-plum pudding, dried fig, chocolate covered toffee bar, chestnut, and oak spice. On the palate, raisins and plum in caramel sauce, chocolate covered almonds, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and chewy with caramel soaked plum and clove lingering longest. Brooding and amazingly balanced.

On the nose, ripe plum and fig with hard caramel candy, mocha sauce, vanilla lanolin, cinnamon butter, nutmeg, and clove. On the palate, dark stewed fruits spiked with clove and cinnamon lead the way with a lush river of vanilla and caramel underneath. The finish is long and balanced with flavors from the palate fading slowly together. AN absolute stunner. Great depth, balance, and texture.

On the nose, sultana and baked plum, almond encrusted toffee, dark chocolate, vanilla butter, and cardamom. On the palate, ripe plum in dark chocolate sauce leads the way, as almond-toffee, vanilla, caramel, and baking spices percolate. The finish is layered and pleasant with plum and sultana fading slowly alongside dark chocolate and cardamom. A balanced, and decadent delight.

On the nose, vanilla lanolin and Marcona almond, with cocoa dusted dried berries, dried apple, and baking spice. On the palate, red berry jam on dark chocolate with Marcona almond, candied cinnamon, vanilla cream, and hard caramel candies. The finish is long and luxurious with sweeter elements outlasting spice. Decadent and chewy, this is quite the treat.

On the nose, dried red berry, pluot, plum, almond butter, cacao nib, and cardamom. On the palate, red berry jam and pluot up front on a bed of vanilla wafer, roasted almond, cacao nib, and spicy cinnamon. The finish is long and nicely layered with a burst of spice fading into sweeter elements before cardamom returns to linger with cacao and dried red berry. An absolutely gorgeous Bourbon.

On the nose, stewed pear and plum, milk chocolate, walnut butter, caramel cream, vanilla blossom, and rich baking spice. On the palate, chocolate-soaked pear and plum are in charge with soft whisps of spice underneath. The finihs is pleasing with sweet and spice fading ever so slowly. Dangerously drinkable.

A balanced Bourbon showing nice complexity with sherry finishing, while not being overdone. On the nose, baked peaches, and baked plums, mixed with cinnamon bark, caramel candy, and clove. On the palate, baked peach is up front with baked plums right behind as a wave of spicy cinnamon and clove intensify with caramel candy and vanilla wafer underneath. The finish is warm and pleasant with a long wave of cardamom and clove slowly fading into dark cacao, and baked plum.

Expressive and wonderfully layered. On the nose, fig jam and dark chocolate, with sliced apple, toffee- butter, and freshly ground clove. On the palate, fig and dark chocolate on a bed of apple, toffee-butter, and caramel crisp, as spicy cinnamon and clove intensify. The finish is long and balanced with fig jam giving way to cinnamon and clove as dark chocolate and caramel cream persist.

Chewy and layered showing plenty sherry without overpowering the bourbon. On the nose, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, baked plum, and a whisp of cinnamon powder. On the palate, baked plum, pluot, dark chocolate, caramel crisp, vanilla bean, roasted almond, and herbal Ceylon tea. The finish is pleasant and balanced with spice fading slowly together into long-lasting plum and dark chocolate flavors.

Tawny notes are towards the front here with bourbon providing balance. On the nose, raisin bread, pear butter, butterscotch, herbaceous clove, and star anise. On the palate, jammy raisin and pear notes as caramel and vanilla expand in the background alongside clove and anise. The finish is long and chewy with sweeter elements eventually outlasting a long slow fade of clove, anise, and cardamom.

Layered, and dangerously drinkable. On the nose, fresh plum, milk chocolates, caramel cake, vanilla bean, spearmint, and cinnamon candy. On the palate, plums, and chocolate lead, with an undercurrent of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon percolating. The finish is layered and balanced with sweet and spice fading into long-lasting caramel, clove, and plum flavors.

A richly layered bourbon displaying balance without losing direction. On the nose, dried peach, honeyed raisins, vanilla wafer, cinnamon sticks, and cloves. On the palate, fruit leads the way with vanilla wafer, caramel candies, clove, and cinnamon expanding underneath. The finish is long and wonderfully balanced with sweet and spice fading into long-lasting honeyed raisin and clove flavors.

On the palate, oak spice intensifies with brambleberry jam up front as vanilla and roasted nuts support with cinnamon candy. The finish is round and well developed with oak spice and berries persisting as sweet and spice fade.

The finish is long and layered with spicy cinnamon and clove outlasting a slow fade of chocolate and fig.

The finish is layered and balanced with sweet and spice fading slowly together as spicy cinnamon candy and apricots persist. A vibrant and expressive bourbon.

The finish is lengthy and robust with sweet and spice fading together as oak spice persists. A classic, robust sipper.
